Mandari Degree College, Mandari is one of the inter Stella luna miniores of the village Mandari, a premier educational institution of Bhadrak district was established on 03. 04. 2000 by the founder cum Secretary Shri Madhabananda Mallick and the President Shri Dolagovinda Bindhani and with a number of local enthusiasts for imparting higher education to the younger generation of the locality.
The college started functioning in the local High School with only a few students and lecturers. After a few years the college was shifted to its own building surrounded by natural sights. Since then the college has been galloping towards perfection in all spheres of activities.
It is an affiliated college under the Fakir Mohan University, Balasore. It is now a full fledged degree college with 128 seats in Arts and 64 seats in Science with honours in Political Science, History Odia, Education, Sanskrit, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Zoology.
